And the winner was...

We learned this morning who won the Best Green Marketing Campaign for the 2009 Las Vegas Business Press Green Awards!

The anticipation was high while Michael Traficanti (SVP Human Resources), Jennifer Salvador (AVP Marketing) and I sat enjoying the fully catered breakfast and waited to hear the results for our category, Best Green Marketing Campaign.

Our category was announced, we waited for them to announce our name... and it turns out that the Regional Transportation Commission was chosen instead for their "1 Day a Month" campaign.

We are still proud that our Keepin' it Green campaign was recognized and that we were chosen to be a semi-finalist among two power-house entities, the Regional Transportation Commission and CBS Radio.

A special thank you goes out to all our members who have a Green Auto Loan, Green Checking Account, and/or that are using our Online Bill Pay, E-statements and Online Banking products. Your choices have helped make our Credit Union a more eco-friendly organization.
