Here's What's Cookin at NFCU

Here's another one of our employee recipes from our NFCU Cookbook. This is a great way to have a delicious weekend breakfast with less fuss in the morning since you prepare most of it the night before. It's great when you have overnight guests too. Enjoy.

OVERNIGHT OVEN EGGS

8 slices white bread, torn into pieces
1lb. polish or smoked sausage
2 c grated cheese
6 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup mixed with 1/2 c. milk

Layer bread, sausage and cheese in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Mix milk and eggs and pour over top. Refrigerate overnight. In the morning, pour soup and milk mixture over top and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until golden brown and bubbly.
