What's Cooking at Nevada Federal


Not sure what to do with all of that leftover turkey?
Try this great recipe from our employee cookbook.

Left-Over Turkey Soup

1 c. fine egg noodles
1 T. instant minced onion
2 1/2 T. Chicken bouillon
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dried thyme
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
8 c. water
1 diced carrot
3 c. diced turkey

Place all dry ingredients in water. Add carrot. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove bay leaf. Add turkey. Simmer a few additional minutes.
