Tidbits and Facts about Northern Nevada

As our weather continues to evolve from winter to summer, I thought you would be interested in some of our weather trends for Northern Nevada. Did you know we average 52 days a year above 90 degrees? Were you aware that we have on average 251 sunny days per year? Maybe you thought higher or lower, but we have an average of 24.3 feet of snow each year. Our rain fall of only 7.48" per year, on average, would not sustain our fresh water needs which makes us all the more thankful for the snow in the Sierra's.
