So I was half way into my long run last week, high noon, no water. Plus, I didn't plan the route well, so it was much longer than I thought. I had to stop to walk. I kept my overall pace under 12 minutes per mile, but I've been really trying to make it through the full distance. Lesson learned. If I'm going to run during lunch as it gets hot here in Vegas, I need to bring water!
