The long runs have started in my training for the Money Run on June 12. Last Friday was 3.5 miles. It'll go up about 1/2 mile every week so that by the time the race comes, I'll be able to do it. I think my pace is a little slower, but as long as I keep it under 12 min per mile, I'm happy.
Take at look! I did have a little trouble with my GPS running out of battery today, so the entry didn't record quite right.
