Mother’s Day is the one day of the year where we stop to celebrate the woman who gave us life. In honor of moms every, here are some fun facts on Mother’s day and some startling statistics on raising a child today.  

1st Mother’s Day was established on May 10, 1908 by Anna Jarvis. It was made a national holiday in 1914 by President Wilson

Sixty-eight percent of people plan to call Mom on Mother’s Day, totaling 122.5 million phone calls
